When the manual hole puncher DJP18012 was first put into the market in 2011, it is quickly spread in the sign making field. Chinese Sign makers found an ideal tool to instead of electric drills to make holes on stainless steel/aluminum/galvanized metal tape. It gets popular in sign makers soon.

 

Lacking of brand protect awareness, we didn’t apply for patent for the hole puncher. Soon many kinds of imitations of our manual hole punchers were seen in the market. With similar shapes but bad quality, the imitations gradually ruined the market. We decided to make a new type manual hole puncher in 2016. After 2 years test & hard working, our new model hole puncher DJP18050 was put into mass production in 2018.

 

2.The structure of manual hole puncher DJP18012 & DJP18050

 

2.1The hole punches DJP18012 with a long handle and it makes hole punching on metal easily; while the DJP18050 with a shorter handle but double levers which makes it much easier to make holes on metal.

 

2.2 Throat depth for DJP18012 is 10mm and for DJP18050 45mm.

 

3.Available size

  DJP18012 can make holes with diameter 3.2mm, 3.5mm and 4.2mm.

  DJP18050 can make holes with diameter 1.6mm, 2.0mm, 2.5mm, 3.0mm, 3.2mm, 3.5mm, 4.2mm, 5.2mm

 

4.Supporting material thickness

  DJP18012 can wok on SS steel Max thickness 0.8mm.

  DJP18050 can work on SS steel Max thickness 1.2mm

 

5.Service life

   DJP18050with much longer service life than DJP18012.
